We do not repair in-warranty products.
3. We are dedicated to installing 100% genuine software and we do not install pirated software. The customer must own the licensed copy of the software he or she wants to use. Furthermore, we are legally allowed to install open-source or trial versions of the software. We do not use any pirated, cracked, or activate the software.
4. We do not remove or alter any part of the device without customer approval. However, hereby, we advise the customer to note down the device serial number wherever it is applicable. No question will be entertained under this matter if any dispute arises.
5. The customer holds the sold responsibility for any data in the device. We neither access customer data nor take any backup at our end. Besides, we strictly take customer permission before accessing data upon sharing login credentials by the customer. The entire responsibility of data backup is of the customers before giving the device for repair. We will not be responsible for any data loss during the repair process. Neither we will be responsible for the recovery or compensation of the data lost.
6. Once the data is successfully recorded from the Christ hard disc we make sure the local copy of the data from our computer in front of the customer is deleted. We do not take any responsibility for the data leak if the customer had provided a hard disc to another vendor before giving us data recovery. The customer must inform such details before submitting the hard disk and no compensation for the same will be entertained at any cost.
7. The customer has to take complete responsibility for all the software and its related data in the device. The customer must back up all the data before giving it for repair and neither our company will be responsible in case of any data infringement. Our technicians never handle they did the customer data without permission neither they are allowed to do so.
8. The charges mentioned on the website are for the services only and do not include the cost of replacement parts or spare parts or warranty or guarantee or consumables. The charges mentioned on the website are standard and can be altered depending on the complexities of the repair service and the device.

During the device diagnosis if it is figured out that further changes or troubleshooting may lead to the device’s death in such cases customer approval in the form of a written letter will be taken from the customer. The customer has complete authority to cancel and continue instruct for the repair at their own risk. We will not be responsible for any further damage to the device dead during the repair.
